Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Iveagh, we want you to enjoy every moment spent with our candles, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite go as expected. Please take a moment to read our returns and exchanges policy, which outlines the conditions for a smooth and simple process.
Returns for Unused Products
We gladly accept returns for candles that have not been used, are in their original packaging, and meet the following conditions:
- Changed Your Mind? If you simply wish to change the scent of your candle, please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional freight charges for the exchange. Please note that exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of your order arrival.
- Damaged Products: If your candle arrives damaged, please email us at info@iveagh.co with clear photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Fragrance and Scent Perception
Please note, fragrance is deeply personal. It can be influenced by many factors including your body chemistry, mood, environment, and even the time of day. A scent you find strong might seem barely noticeable to someone else. Therefore, we are unable to offer exchanges for candles if you cannot smell it as expected.

Conditions for Returns:
- Candles must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns and exchanges.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item for a resolution.
- For exchanges due to a change of mind, additional freight charges will apply.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be in resellable condition to be eligible for return.
- Non-returnable items include products marked as final sale or clearance.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of items; we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Candles that have been lit or used cannot be returned
