Free Shipping Across New Zealand*
Free shipping on orders over $199* in NZ & Australia. If your order doesn’t reach this total, a flat fee will apply.
Shipping to Australia
We are pleased to offer shipping to Australia. Shipping costs to Australia are based on the weight of your order. Delivery to Australia can take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Free shipping on orders over $199* in NZ & Australia.
New Zealand Delivery Times
- North Island: Delivery typically takes up to 3 business days.
- South Island: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.
We work with a trusted third-party logistics company based in Christchurch to handle your orders.
Same-Day Dispatch
For orders placed before 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, we offer same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Please note, we do not ship on New Zealand public holidays or weekends.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. All our parcels are sent with tracking, so you can easily follow your order’s journey.
Delivery Disclaimer
Once your parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, IVEAGH is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure, and consider using a location where someone will be available to receive it.
